Candlestick Holders

A while ago I was watching one of my favorite shows on HGTV and saw this great idea. They made chunky candlestick holders out of old lamps. I thought this was great since big nice candlestick holders like that are too expensive if you buy them at the store. So I headed over to the nearest DI and found myself a cool lamp for really cheap. Well, it sat in my apartment for months as an unfinished project. Devin finally got sick of it (and rightfully so, I was displaying the really disgusting lamp for all to see) and made me get rid of them. So I gave them to my little sister Kristin to finish up. Well, she got them done much faster than I did and sent me a picture. I think they turned out pretty cool.
Good job Kristin! Thanks for finishing them for me. Now you can give them back. :)

Well, this whole thing taught me a very important lesson: STAY ON TOP OF YOUR PROJECTS! or at least hide them so your husband isn't aware that you are not finishing them. :)
