I finally finished my bedroom. But only because of my sweet mom for making the duvet cover for me. I have had the fabric for close to two years and just haven't gotten around to it - really I just didn't want to iron and cut out the fabric. Oops. :) But my mom was great and sewed it all up while she was here. Thank you so much! It looks great and we love it.
I have been working on the pillows here and there for a long time as well. But they are all done now. I did a little quilting on the black leather pillow and the bulster pillow. I also did a little stenciling with fabric paint on the other pillow. I think it turned out pretty cool.
I made the leather bed skirt this summer while we were waiting to move into our new apartment. The leather gives it a masculine touch for Devin. But I really like it as well, so that works out nice.
Well, that's the bedroom. I still need to do some table runners and fix our sad excuse for curtains, but for the most part it is done - and it feels good!
