For Amy's birthday I decided to make her a fun outfit for her to wear. A few weeks earlier I hit the jackpot at a yard sale and bought tons of tulle for $2. It was my inspiration. First off is this fun birthday cake shirt. I just love the ruffles.
I made her this fluffy tutu with all of that tulle and even added some coordinating ribbon on there as well. I think her birthday crown headband is also a fun touch.
