I have been sew busy (nice pun huh) these last few weeks helping my sister test patterns for her new pattern company
Izzy 'n Ivy Designs. I don't know how it happened, but I agreed to test 6 patterns and I only had about a week and a half to do them all. Yikes! Their stuff is just so cute I couldn't help myself. And there were still more I wanted to do! Here are some pictures of the ones I made.
Lola Goes Shopping Purse: When I saw this purse I about died. I loved it! I was so glad that I got to test this one. I did the inside yellow. :) *I am still waiting for the rings to finish the handles, but you get the general idea. So cute!
Princess Bella Dress/Top: This is a beautiful pattern. I love the bow on the front. There is one on the back too. I think this just might be Amy's birthday dress. Love it!
Gracie Skirt: This skirt was so easy to make and I love how it flares out at the bottom. The shirred top makes it so comfy to wear. It'll go perfect with Amy's matching
butterfly top.
Gracie Jacket: I think this top is so cute! I have always loved cardigan style shirts and now I can pass along my love to Amy. Woo hoo!
Beverly Bell Top: I really love this one. It's the perfect pattern for a great summer top. It can obviously be made out of all one color as well, but I wanted to be a little daring. It is still growing on Devin, but I love it.

I had to include a picture of Amy wearing this one. Isn't it cute! I love how the bottom flares out.
Miss Muffet Dress & Skirt: I know I have said this about all the patterns, but I love this one too! I think the gathered panels are so much fun. It would be a perfect dress for your little princess.

Here is a picture of the back because the way it ties is too cute.

Well, those are the ones I got to test. But they have even more super cute patterns. They are hoping to get them all ready to sell by October (I think). Don't forget to check them out at
http://izzynivydesigns.blogspot.com/. Their stuff is super creative and so fun! You ladies are sure talented.

Those look fabulous!!! I love how they all turned out.
I looked at this site before, but I didn't realize they were patterns. They're adorable and I think I might have to try out a couple. You are amazing at sewing Melanie. Great Job and all in a week and a half, so amazing.
Those clothes and purse look so great! You are such a great sewer! Thanks for sharing!
