Here is Amy's Pebbles costume. I cut up an old t-shirt I had and used this tutorial to make her top. I then used some fabric paint to paint her triangles on. The bone in her hair I made out of flannel and stuffed it with batting them glued a hair clippie on the bottom. Easy cheesy.

Halloween Costumes
This year for Halloween Devin had the idea that we should be the Flintstones. So I googled some pictures and got an idea for our costumes. All in all I spent under $3.00 for all of our costumes combined. That's pretty good if I do say so myself.

Here is my Wilma costume. The necklace I already had. The dress I made out of a $2.00 men's long sleeve shirt that I found. I used the main shirt piece for the skirt and the sleeves for the top. I just kind of made it up as I went along but it turned out pretty good.
Here is Devin's Fred costume. For this I used a big orange sheet that I had on hand. The triangles are just cut out felt that I sewed on and the tie was another t-shirt that I cut up. His was super easy. The hardest part was sewing the triangles on. I could have glued them if I wanted to but decided to just go ahead and sew them on.
