You just cut circles and then sew on the velcro to each circle. Then sew the circles together, turn them inside out, stuff, and stitch closed. Easy peasy. I even made a fun little drawstring bag for them to go in.
Super easy and very fun. This would be a great quiet toy for church to help keep those little fingers busy.
