A Couple Shirt Makeovers

I have more than a few shirts in my closet that I never wear. I figured instead of getting rid of them and not having anything to wear, I would try and make them into something more exciting. I plan on doing this to a lot more of my shirts, but this is just a start.

For this one I just took an old doily I never used and stitched it down. Easy as that. It might have turned out better if I had started with an oval doily, but I think it looks fine.

I just cut up the flowers from the second shirt and appliqued them to my first shirt. Super easy and much more wearable. Now I need to figure out what to do with all the other ugly shirts in my closet. Any ideas?
