Some fabulous Re-makes

Along with some clothes, my sister also sent me this old pillowcase cover that she no longer used. As soon as I saw it I knew it had to become a little dress for Amy. Now this one was seriously SOOO EASY! All I had to do was sew a casing for my elastic and hem the bottom. Done! The ties and everything else were already sewn on. It turned out so cute. I can't wait for her to wear it.
This next project was actually made out of a jumper I found for only a few dollars. As soon as I saw it I knew it would make the cutest little dress. Here is the before shot (I actually remembered to take one this time):
And here is the after:
The back:
Once again this dress design was inspired by my absolute favorite etsy shop ever: SweetPlume. Every time I look at her site she has a new idea that is just too cute not to recreate. I actually took cues from 3 different dresses on her site to come up with this one but the main inspiration was this ruffle shirt. I just love how it turned out and think that Amy is going to look so cute in all her fluff. Thanks SweetPlume for all your great ideas!
