Itty Bitty Baby Dress

Because I have four sisters/sister-in-laws that are pregnant right now, I have been on the lookout for some fun things to make them. And so far, 3 out of the 4 are having girls. So that makes it even more fun! I have debated putting this on the blog until the receiver has actually received it, but I decided to post it anyway. They won't know which dress is for them right?

Anyway, here is one little dress that as soon as I saw it I just fell in love with. It is called the Itty Bitty Baby Dress, perfect for those brand new little babies. Too bad I didn't have this pattern when Amy was born! Here is the one I made for one of the lucky lady's little girl.
I just thought the fabric was so fun. I hope she (whoever she is ;0) likes it. I loved the dress so much I really wanted to make Amy one. So I enlarged the pattern. The fabric I got from my sister. She sent me a package because she knows there is not a lot to pick from out here in Morgantown. Thank you Laur! I love the fabric. It was perfect for Amy's little Itty Bitty Baby Dress. Here is how it turned out.

I received the inspiration for my version of this dress here. She had some really great ideas. And just so you all can see, here is Amy modeling her new dress. She looks pretty cute huh!

I just loved this pattern and it was so fun to make. I am definitely going to have to make a few more. :)
