Now that the holidays are over I can post pictures of all my Christmas projects. There aren't near as many as I had originally planned, but being sick and pregnant kind of limited my list. However, I did manage to get a few things done. These first couple I did before I was sick so that was helpful.
This apron was for my sister Kristin who LOVES to cook. It matches her kitchen. I just love the ruffle along the bottom.

This was a bag I created for my MIL Michelle. I followed
this tutorial for the stencil, and just kind of made up the rest. There are lots of pockets inside and even a big one on the back. I had a tough time giving it away. But I think she'll be happy with it.

I used
this tutorial to make a swaddle for my SIL Melissa who is having a baby boy in February. It has a pocket on the bottom and the top section is velcro so you can swaddle your baby all snug and warm inside.

I made these earrings for my MIL. She requested some new brown ones this year.

This one was for my other SIL Joanna's birthday which is right after Christmas. I had a hard time giving this one away too, but she seemed to like it so that made me happy.

I also made this necklace for my SIL Melissa. She wanted a red one. And since red is kind of a bold color, I decided to make it kind of fun. Hopefully she will enjoy adding a splash of color to her wardrobe.

I also made these silly hats for Amy...

...and one for her cousin Madison. They are both fans of hats so I thought it would be a good fit.

I also made these fun felt diaper wipes and diapers for Madison. She really likes baby dolls and I just thought these were too fun not to make. I followed
these tutorials.

I also made another
dry erase book for Amy's cousin Anna. I gave her some spiffy dry erase crayons that I found instead of the markers. Although after she came to visit I should have made her this
Touch book. Anna and Amy both wanted to look at it and a second one would have been nice. :)
One last project that I forgot to take a picture of (darn it) was a really cute grandkids calendar for my mom. It turned out really cute. I bought
this kit and put pictures of the grandkids on each of their birthday months. So far there are no two kids born in the same month. Crazy. I really like how you can pull out the month inserts to keep track of birthdays and anniversaries. Which is very important with a growing family. Anyway, it was really fun to make and I hope she loves it. I need to make me one now.
And those were all my Christmas projects. Not as many as first anticipated, but I think I actually did get a lot done considering. Maybe I will have to go back to my homemade Christmas this year ... maybe. It was kind of nice not having such high expectations. Much more relaxing. :)
