Project of the Month - Wallets

This month we are headed back to sewing. I have found some really great tutorials on wallets, checkbook covers, and fabric purse organizers. You can take your pick and make something that would be perfect for you. Here's a little info about each of this month's options. We'll start with the easiest one.

Purse Organizer: This project would be great if you have multiple purses that you love and want to use but hate changing out the contents of your purse everytime you want a new look. Solution: you put all of the contents of your purse into this organizer. Then when you want to change purses, you just put this organizer into the new purse. Simple huh. Click here for the tutorial.
Checkbook Covers: This next project I thought was so cute. It's a little more complicated than the previous project but still not too bad. I am definitely going to make one of these. It would look much better than the nasty navy blue plastic cover I have now. Yuck. Click here for the tutorial.
Quilted Wallet: This last project is a little more involved, but nothing that you couldn't do with a little patience. It is super cute and super functional. It has lots of pockets for all the essentials. You could even add a little length between the sections to make room for your super cute new checkbook cover and slide it right in there. Perfect! Click here for the tutorial.
So those are the projects for this month. I hope there is one here that you are going to be able to use and enjoy. For some other great wallet ideas click here. I'm sure with the above instructions and some creativity, you could recreate any of those wallet options shown at the above link. Anyway, good luck. I'll be excited to see your finished project so don't forget to send me an email.
